There are just too many shows on TV now. I've gotten to the point where I have trouble watching them before they're deleted to make space for the new ones. I had a nice little rotation going, but then this year a handfull of new shows have made me feel like jam spread over too much toast.
Here is a list of shows that I DVR off the top of my head. All of the CBS Monday night shows: How I Met Your Mother (my favorite show on TV), Big Bang Theory, 2 1/2 Men, and Accidentally on Purpose; some of the new Wednesday comedies: Modern Family (FREAKING HILARIOUS), The Middle, and Cougar Town; Thursday night comedies (catching a trend): The Office, Parks and Rec, Community, and Always Sunny in Philadelphia (Disturbingly funny); and some other random shows that I'm not sure when some air but they just show up on my DVR: Glee, 60 Minutes, Small Space Big Style (Gotta stay up on the home trends), E:60, Deadliest Warrior, The Colony, and probably a couple that I can't even remember.
I haven't gotten to see all of the new ones (Cougar Town, Glee), and I think I'm going to drop a couple that aren't that good (Accidentally on Purpose, The Middle, maybe Community). Eventually I'll get to a managable level, but for now I'll continue losing sleep over it.
