With temperatures at and even below zero in some spots this morning, and wind chills in the 10s and 20s BELOW zero - I ask you HOW COLD IS IT?  I give more than 50 forecasts throughout the morning and each time I say -  "It's Cold" or "It's Bitter" "Its Frigid"  I do get a little tired of saying the same thing over and over.  So I ask you.  HOW COLD IS IT???

Complete this sentence  - "It's so cold......
