Another POUND Bites the Dust...

Tuesday is weigh-in day for the morning show and our Boot Camp program.  Today's weigh-in went good for me.  I lost about 1.5lbs since last Tuesday.  That brings my total weight lost since the start of 2010 to 8 pounds in 6 weeks.  Not great but not bad.  I have really not been exercising all that much but I have stayed fairly strict on the diet - especially during the week.  I do slack a little on the weekends. My goal is to lose a total of 25 pounds before I get married in July.  So I have 17 more pounds to lose in the next 5 months.  I feel confident I can reach my goal.  The diet I have put myself on is nothing special.  I try to eat small meals about 5 times per day.  Now I am about to kick soda out of my diet.  I currently drink diet soda but I drink about 3 cans per day (36 ounces).  I am going to give it up for Lent, which starts Tomorrow.  If I can stick to that and then pick up the pace on my workouts I will feel good about my situation. 

They say about Valentines Day is when many people slip off of their New Years resolutions.  I am still going strong.
