My Thanksgiving Feast

Thanksgiving is hands down my favorite holiday.  I like Christmas, New Years is fun, the 4th of July means Summer and that is nice but Thanksgiving is a day set aside for eating - I LOVE to eat.  In recent years it has become tradition that my family extended family gets together at one of my Mom's cousin's farms.  We usually have about 50 or 60 people and it is always a great time.  I see many of these people once a year and it is always fun to hang out, eat, and be happy.  Here is a look at the before and after look on my plate on Thanksgiving.  I went with the ham instead of turkey and then had a pile of mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, green bean casserole, salad, and a few other sides.  Of course topped off with a cold beverage.

How was your Thanksgiving?  What did your family and friends do?
