We weighed in for the second time last week. My origional weight was 220 (we are weighing with a full suit on, shoes and all, so we can do some weigh-ins live on air later in this process), I weighed 220 last week. No progress yet on the official scale. However, to be fair and tell the entire story, I was sitting in the weather lab at 10:30AM, after eating my lunch, when Amanda Lanum comes prancing in with a scale. "Time for the weekly weigh-in," she proclaims. Is this fair? I have just finished eating lunch, usually my biggest meal of the day, and now I have to get on the scale? I think she was sitting outside waiting for me to finish eating so she could come weigh me. Any advice on how to get her back?
In all seriousness i just got back into the workout routine last week. I did 45 minutes of cardio on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I look forward to working out 3 or 4 days this week and then getting at least 1 or 2 days in this weekend. Weekends always kill me as I generally eat unhealthy and don't generally have a lot of time to work out. The next two weekends are fairly low key for me, so I am hoping to make some good progress in the next 2-3 weeks. The only problem is hunting season gets going here in November. I will be more tempted to go to the duck marsh in the afternoons instead of to the gym. I just have to make sure to keep my diet in check.
