Greinke Not Starting. Fair or Unfair?

It was announced today that Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Roy Halladay will the be the starting pitcher for the American League in tomorrow's All Star game to be played in St. Louis.  I personally believe it is completely unfair to Zach Greinke.  Greinke is 10-5 with a league best 2.12 ERA and 129 strikeouts.  Halladay does boast an impressive 10-3 record but has a 2.85 ERA and only 106 strikeouts on the year.  If Zach were on a team that could score runs on a consistent basis he may well be 12-2 or even 14-1 on the year.

Whats say you?  Did Greinke get the shaft?
