Early on Sunday morning Daylight Saving (Yes, it's Saving, not Savings) Time ended and we all set our clocks back by one hour. For most of us that meant an extra hour of sleep, for some it meant an extra hour at the bars, and for a few it means having to get up earlier. Most of us love the end of Daylight Saving Time (when we turn the clocks back) and hate the start in the Spring (when we "spring foreword"). However, I would assume that may be different for those who work outdoors according to when the sun comes up, such as farmers. Last week the sun didn't rise until close to 8:00, now it is up before 7:00, that means 1 hour less sleep for those who start their days according to the sunrise times. What does it do to your schedule? Do you like it being light by 7:00am but dark by 5:30pm or do you prefer it the other way. As for me, I like it light earlier and dark earlier b/c it makes it easier to go to sleep when it is dark outside.
