Hot or Cold? What do you like more?

With the recent spell of hot temperatures is spurs up the bi-annual debate.  What type of weather do you like more.  The really hot and humid summer weather when the heat index is about 105 and it fells like you are walking into an oven when you walk outside and you immediately start to sweat.....or do you like it more in the middle of the winter when the wind chill is below zero and you can't put on enough clothes to stay warm?

Personally I enjoy the winter months more b/c if you have to stay inside during the winter at least there are sports on the tv to watch.  But talk to me in January and my answer may be completely opposite...

I can't stand the humidity. I just spent a week in Denver, it got pretty warm during the day, but no humidity, and the evenings were cool and nice.Fall is my favorite time of year. Warm in the day time, and cool in the evening. LOVE IT!! I dont like below zero weather, but I'll take the cold over the heat any day of the week.We never had air conditioning when I was growing up, so I have never been a fan of summer, only the part when school was out for 3 whole months!!.

sure do love summer. Heck I live for summer. Love to go riding on my pony at Randolph and just breathing in the smells of summer. I think I need to move somewhere where it is summer all year round. Live in ND for a short time and BRRRRRRRR it dips down to the 40's in the summer. I need it to be around 90.

Hot weather, hands down! Yeah I love scraping frost off my windshield during the winter. Ice storms that cut off the power to your home for a week are swell. Slipping on ice has always been a favorite pastime of mine. Those cold winter days where the high temp doesn't get above 15 degrees.....absolute paradise. Who needs summer fun with boating, camping, picnics, baseball and the like? You can cool off at the pool by day and not freeze to death at night. The ONLY thing winter has on summer is better sports. Unless you love suffocating under layers of clothing and being cooped up inside all day. Yeah, winter is great! Or not ;) So, winter lover.....I'll buy you a one way ticket to anywhere in Canada you want to go, and you buy me a ticket to Hawaii. May we both live in eternal happiness!

I'll take the heat over cold and snow anytime. I don't 'love' the heat and humidity but prefer it to winter! At least the sun is out, the evenings are okay and plenty to do outside. There isn't ever anything that great on tv no matter what day it is!

Defintely winter!! I am very much a winter girl at heart. Have been for 26 years and plan on staying that way. Sometimes I think I should have been born farther north!

Posted by: PS How about right in the middle? 75 during the day, 50-55 at night. ...Order up!

I definetly like the colder weather. I would much rather put on my Bib Overalls and a jacket to stay warm than try and find shade and still can't seem to get cooled down, plus its deer season in December that is what I really like about the cold weather.
