For the next four weeks the Kansas State Historical Society Museum will host their annual Sundown Film Festival. For the next four Friday's you can go the the Museum for free from 5-9pm and see the amazing Forces of Nature exhibit. At sundown they will show a different film each week. The movie will be projected outside, so bring a lawn chair or a blanket and enjoy. All four movies have to do with weather and Kansas. This weeks film is "The Wizard of Oz." I will be the Master of Ceremony this week so come out and join me. I think the movie will start around 9:00, but you may want to get there a little earlier than that to get some concessions and a good seat.
Here is the lineup for all four weeks:
Friday, July 18: "The Wizard of Oz" Rated G
Friday, July 25th: "Airport" Rated PG
Friday, August 1st: "Paper Moon" Rated PG
Friday, August 8th: "Twister" Rated PG-13
