Each year leading into severe weather season, the National Weather service offers storm spotter training to the general public. This year they will make 34 stops at various locations around North Central, North East, and East Central Kansas. Monday is the first talk and it will be given in Concordia at the Cook Theater at the Community College. The talk will start at 7:00pm. All of these sessions are open to the public and free of charge. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
