In case you have not yet notice, I want to dry your attention to and encourage you to explore the new features on the weather page of wibw.com.

We have recently added some  new products that we hope will give you more information beyond the weather forecast.

If you scroll down the middle column on the weather page ( http://www.wibw.com/weather ), and past the detailed forecast you will find a picture of an ice storm with four links, Generators, Food Safety, Pet Safety, and in the Home.  This week we will be running a series of stories on the 10:00PM Newscasts that give information on those topics.  We are calling it Disaster week 2008 and you can find the stories themselves as well as tons of additional information on each topic.  Feel free to check it out.

Secondly, if you continue down the weather page you will come across six icons representing Severe Weather, Kids Weather, Seasonal Weather, Home and Health, Lawn and Garden, and Weather Glossary Terms.  If you click on each of these icons, you will find everything from fun weather activities, to soil temperature and moisture and everything in between.  There is tons of fun, useful, and informative stuff on these web pages.

I encourage you to check out these features and let me know what you think.
