Wizard of Oz -- On Floyd

Read a recent blog by Drew talking about watching the Wizard of Oz at a film festival...got me thinking about something many -- including myself -- have tried. Synchronizing the movie with the Pink Floyd album "Dark Side of the Moon."

You start the album on the third roar of the MGM lion, and the music plays almost perfectly with the imagery of the film. It really works! NO WAY is this a coincidence -- there are too many scenes that match up. Here are a couple examples:

Ever tried it? I bet you will now! Helpful tip: make sure you have an original cut of the movie, not a special edition with bonus scenes or it may throw off your good time! Enjoy!

have done it many times.. IT IS SWEET! Even my best bud has seen it "LIVE" several times.

Posted by: PS Have tried it numerous times. It takes some imagination to "get it". I'm thinking the guys that started that legend were doing more activities than just playing with music! haha*******BQ: Ha, that's possible, not that I advocate that! I don't think it is too much of a stretch to me -- I hear it plain as day! third lion roar, play your album!
