Matt's Weekend Pickoff 9/11
I figured I would pass along my thoughts for this weekend of football. Despite having a vaunted offense, I think Kansas easily handles UTEP this weekend in El Paso. After all, the Miners did lose at home last weekend to Buffalo.
On the other hand I am taking Louisina over Kansas St. Maybe I am swayed by the Wildcats poor performance last weekend, or by the fact that the Rajun Cajuns almost won in Manhattan a year ago, but I am feeling the Bayou in this one. They draw well down there, and I think it will be a tough place to play for an inexperience Cats team.
Finally, I am taking Baltimore over Kansas City, by alot. Just taking the Ravens is easy, so I will say they win by 17 points. The Cheifs are a mess. If Cassel does play, he will be rusty and hobbled. If he does not play, it's the Thigpen and Croyle show, errr, look out
