The Good in Cheese, Eggs, Coffee... Oh My!

by Amanda Lanum The Editor-in-Chief of SELF magazine, Lucy Danziger, wrote an article titled "7 Foods that Speed Weight Loss." What?! Foods that can speed weight loss?? And they're not things like spinach and cauliflower (although those are good for you). This time of year it can be tough to keep from GAINING weight, let alone take it off. I was pleasantly surprised to see some of my favorite snacks on Danziger's list.
