Dave Zinczenko, the author of "Eat This, Not That" is always debunking food myths, or telling me why foods I love are bad for me... but then he gives great alternatives that are just as good for the taste buds and better for the body!

This morning, Dave posted his list of the 20 worst breakfast foods along with nutritional information and, of course, breakfast alternatives that are better for you.
