BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE: Get movin'!

by Amanda Lanum This week's Bootcamp Challenge is not as tough as some of you may think. This week, I want you to do at least 15 minutes of activity (a walk, jog, push-ups in your living room...) each day. Some of you may say, "I just don't have 15 minutes everyday." Yes you do. How much time do you spend watching t.v.? Spend 15 minutes during your favorite show doing crunches, push-ups and jumping jacks while you're watching television. Just get active. Try to do 15 min. more than you do on a normal day (unless, of course, you already spend a lot of time in the gym). Let me know how you get your activitiy in!
