I have a sweet tooth. I also have a margarita tooth, a pizza tooth and a nacho cheese tooth. These are habits I'm going to have to kick (or at least only indulge on very rare occasions). "Why" you may ask? Because Dave, Drew and I have likely bitten off more than we can chew, and committed ourselves to getting fit and healthy.
Thursday, we start airing our new series, Morning Show Bootcamp. We've got a trainer, Chris, helping us whip ourselves into shape. Each of us came up with goals and asked Chris for guidance. You'll be able to follow our progress and share with us your own fitness journey, goals and tips. You'll also be able to ask Chris your own questions and follow our weightloss (or gain!) progress once a week on the big scale. All of that will be available to you at www.wibw.com/boot.
So as I sit here craving a sausage bagel sandwich, I'll opt for the carrots and protein shake instead, because I know you'll be watching... and if I can make a commitment to live healthier, maybe that will help you do the same. :)
