I love sunshine and nice weather. If temperatures stayed in the 70's year-round that'd be fine with me. But, those winter months sometimes make me forget about swimsuit, shorts and tank top season. It's an annual amnesia and I never seem to learn my lesson.
With such a beautiful week of weather ahead of us and summer plans being made, I'm reminded again that those sweaters hiding my holiday bulge aren't going to cut it on the beach.
So, thanks to Dave and Lindsay, I've been introduced to the Daily Plate. It's a way to keep track of how many calories you're actually eating and burning in a day (which is something easy to lose track of if you're not logging everything you put in your mouth).
