Anchorwoman/Reporter Heads to War

And now we have someone in our news family off to serve. Weekend Anchor woman and reporter Stephanie Ramos is leaving us for deployment to Baghdad, Iraq.

Here at 13 News, we have done numerous stories about our men and women in uniform who are deploying for duty in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Kansan police officers, sheriff’s deputies, legislators and other every-day Kansans have served in the war against terrorism.
And now we have someone in our news family off to serve. Weekend Anchor woman and reporter Stephanie Ramos is leaving us for deployment to Baghdad, Iraq.
Stephanie tells us what it’s like to get that word….deployment in a 3 part series. Part 1, 2 and 3 are attached.
