Judiciary Fires Research Attorney Over Kline Tweets
Sarah Peterson Herr was terminated Monday for tweets she made during oral arguments for Phill Kline's ethics case before the Kansas Supreme Court. She was a research attorney for an appeals court judge who was not involved in the case.
