4 dead; 1 injured in Topeka homicide

Topeka police have confirmed that four people are dead and one person is injured after a shooting in 4100 block of SW 28th St.

Riley County says the current location of its EMS department could be better, and is considering moving its headquarters to the Manhattan Fire Department.

Westar Energy says more than 1500 residents in Topeka are without power Sunday morning.
