Kansas agency approves settlement in boy's 2013 death

Kansas officials have approved a $100,000 settlement in a federal lawsuit over the death of a 4-year-old northeast Kansas boy.


The fire broke out shortly before 4 a.m. Friday.


Dispatch confirmed law enforcement are working scene an active standoff at Osage and 29th St. S. in Wichita.
