Topeka police are looking for the man that robbed a woman last night at a convenience store.

It happened at about 11:30 Thursday at the Kwik Shop in the 5600 block of Southwest 21st Street.

Authorities say a woman was approached outside the store, when the suspect ripped her purse off of her arm.

The woman was not hurt.

The suspect is described as a white male in his late teens, with a scruffy beard and mustache.

He was wearing a blue baseball cap, a blue shirt, and blue jeans.

He was last seen southbound on Bell driving a dark maroon car...possibly a newer model Pontiac Grand Prix.

If you have any information you are asked to call Crimestoppers at 785-234-0007.
