The woman accused of killing two construction workers with her car will enter her plea to charges associated with fleeing the scene next week.

At a preliminary hearing Friday in Osage County Court, the judge ruled there was enough probably cause presented by the state to bind Ramona Morgan over on a felony fleeing and attempting to elude charge.

Morgan was identified as the driver of a vehicle that hit and killed two construction workers in Douglas County in September. She led police on a chase that ended in Osage County.

Morgan's arraignment is scheduled for Tuesday. At that time she will enter a plea. If she enters a not guilty plea the case will be set for trial.

Douglas County prosecutors have said they are waiting for the Osage County case to be resolved before deciding on any charges in the deaths of the workers.
