Chef Alli's Easter Desserts
Chef Alli shows some Easter desserts fit for a King... or Queen!

Chef Alli's Lemon Ladyfinger Trifle
4 oz. one-third less fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
2 cups skim milk 1 pkg.
instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
2 tsp. fresh lemon zest
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
2 tbs. slivered toasted almonds
6-8 oz. package soft lady fingers (these are available at Topeka Hy-Vee!!)

Chef Alli's Chocolate Strawberry Trifle 1 pkg. devil’s food cake mix (18.25 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup water
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
2 cups whipped topping
2 tbs. orange juice
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
