Washburn Students Show Off Talents With Apeiron

(13 News at 4) - Ichabods from all disciplines of study are invited to Washburn University's Apeiron.

Friday's event allows students to showcase their research and creative activities on the way to their degrees. The work must demonstrate originality and creativity. The work has to be better than a typical term paper or class project. It also should be something they would present in a professional forum.

Works include posters, speeches and performances. Dr. Michael McGuire, dean of the honors program, and Dr. Bassima Schbley visited 13 News at 4 to talk about it.

A schedule of the Friday, April 18, presentation is at www.washburn.edu/academics/apeiron.
