Teens Learn The Importance Of Buckling Up At The State Capitol

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Teens across Kansas participated in a quick click challenge to emphasize the importance of buckling up.

With a blow of a whistle area students had to alternate turns putting on their seatbelts in a car.

It was part of the "Put The Brakes On Fatalities Day" news conference on the south side of the State Capitol.

Students also heard from loves ones who loss someone to not wearing their seatbelts.
