-30 Wind Chill Possible Monday Morning

TOPEKA (WIBW) An Arctic Cold Front will bring the coldest conditions to reach northeast Kansas since February of 2011. The combination of extreme cold and strong winds will push the Wind Chill well below zero.

A 13 Severe Weather Alert Day will be declared for Monday and we will have hourly updates during the event on TV, WIBW.com and Social Media to give you the latest Temperatures, Wind Chills and information on the extreme cold.

Snow will begin as early as noon on Saturday and continue into Saturday Night. Saturday snow accumulations of 1-2 inches will be possible. This snow will be fairly similar to the New Year's Day snow. It won't amount to much, but slick roads will certainly be possible on Saturday as the snow falls.

A few lingering snow showers or flurries will be possible on Sunday into Sunday Night. An additional dusting will be possible in some areas.
