Remembering The Fallen: CPL Gogian & OFC Atherly

Two Topeka Police Officers, CPL David Gogian and OFC Jeff Atherly were both killed in the line of duty Sunday, Dec. 17.

The Topeka Police Credit Union has set up two separate accounts in the names of David Gogian and Jeff Atherly. Contributions may be made by sending a check made payable to the Topeka Police Credit Union or TPCU. They can be sent to 320 S. Kansas Ave. Topeka, KS 66603. They will also be accepted between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the Credit Union located inside the front lobby of the Law Enforcement Center.

Donations will be split between each officers unless specified in the memo section.

Funeral arrangements are being coordinated with the fallen officers families and an announcement will be made within the next couple of days.
