K-State/Oklahoma Game Chosen as FOX Game of the Week

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State’s Big 12 Conference football opener at Oklahoma has been chosen as the FOX College Football Game of the Week and will air to a full national audience as the network and the league office announced today television selections for September 22.

The broadcast will begin at 6 p.m. with FOX’s new pregame show, hosted by Erin Andrews, Eddie George and Joey Harrington, while kickoff from Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium is set for 6:50 p.m.

Gus Johnson will handle the play-by-play duties for the game with analysis from Charles Davis, while Julie Alexandria reports from the sidelines.

No. 14 K-State hosts North Texas Saturday in the squad’s final non-conference game of the season. While Saturday’s matchup is sold out, a limited number of tickets still remain for the Texas Tech and Texas games.

To purchase tickets fans can visit the ticket office online at www.kstatesports.com, call the ticket office by phone at (800) 221-CATS, or purchase in person at the Bramlage Coliseum Ticket Office between 8:30 a.m., and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
