Junction City Narrows Down Their City Manager Search

JUNCTION CITY, Kan. (WIBW)-- Junction City has narrowed its City Manager search to four candidates, including two from northeast Kansas.

Leroy Alsup served 2 years as city administrator at Catoosa,Oklahoma... he has 30 years in local government management.

Bret Bauer has been the City Manager in Holton for the past three years. He has experience in economic development and recruitment of new businesses to Holton's industrial park.

Lynne Ladner recently served seven years as City Administrator for Hiawatha. She contributed leadership toward establishment of a business park and recruitment of private investors and Gerald Smith who served as General Services Director of Kansas City, Missouri for six years.

Smith's career spans more than 20 years in municipal management.
