TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- Governor Sam Brownback made his way to Emporia today to talk to the Rotary Club about the Kansas economy.
Brownback says his main concern is that Kansas is not growing.
To encourage population growth, Brownback says he's working to lower the tax rate, reforming school finance, and keeping a balanced budget with surplus.
Brownback says he wants to keep businesses from going to neighboring states.
