TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-- A new bank opened their doors in downtown Topeka.
The Topeka High School Drum Line along with the Topeka Chamber of Commerce cut the ribbon for the brand new Educational Credit Union downtown branch.
ECU board members say they are excited to be downtown and are enthusiastic to expand the banks footprint and strengthen relationships in the downtown community.
The Educational Credit Union started in 1939 with $144.00 in assets,
currently it bolsters over $180 million in total assets and twenty-one thousand members.
