Dia De Los Muertos Activities Getting Started

(WIBW) Dia de los Muertos activities in Topeka don't begin until late October, but people can help add their creativity to the festival with activities in NOTO this week.

Puppeteer Sunny Birklund from New Mexico and Dia de los Muertos organizer and Tonantzin Society member Christina Valdivia Alcala appeared on 13 News at 4 to explain.
