The deaths of three children in their cribs have the consumer product safety commission recalling about one million Simplicity cribs.

The CPSC says in all three cases, the drop-rail side of the crib was put in upside down creating a gap the children slid into and suffocated.

The cribs are made by Simplicity, but some carry the Graco label.
