Fort Riley families are celebrating the homecoming of about 165 soldiers Thursday.
The men and women returned from a one-year tour in Iraq where they conducted security and convoy escort operations.
The soldiers are part of the 1st Battalion, 34th Armor Regiment of the Big Red One.
