The main traffic slowdown in Manhattan tonight is from all the cars headed to the Country Stampede!!

Thousands of people have come from all over to enjoy their favorite country bands. Alan Jackson is tonight's headline.

To keep the weekend fun, Stampede officials encourage people to take some safety precautions while at the concert.

"We just recommend that you stay hydrated with fluids other than alcoholic beverages we strongly encourage designating a driver plan smart before you decide to drink...designate a driver."

Other suggestions include:

1) Wearing sunscreen.
2) Don't wear flip flops to avoid blisters.
3) Wear cool clothing.
4) Try and find shade as often as possible.
