A semi truck hauling corn to a ethanol plant tips over after striking the front end of a KDOT dump truck. The driver of the semi says a Kansas Department of Transportation driver was making a u-turn on South 75 near the Burlingame entrance. In a attempt to avoid running into the back of the KDOT truck, the semi drove into the grass of the media and clipped the front end of the dump truck. The driver of the semi then tried to drive back onto the highway at which point his semi tipped over spilling the corn. The haz-mat crew with the Topeka Fire department was called out due to the semi losing some of its diesel fuel.
