Paris Hilton has spent her first night behind bars. She was on the red carpet at last nights MTV Movie Awards and spoke about her final night of freedom.
The hotel heiress ditched her cell phone and donned an orange jumpsuit and it looks like we won't be seeing Paris for 3 weeks.
Hilton was originally sentenced to 45 days behind bars for violating probation, but she'll likely be released early for good behavior.
During her stay, the glamorous TV star will be housed in the jail's Special Needs Unit. That means she will spend most of her time in a 12 by 8 foot cell with only about an hour a day to shower or watch TV.
Hilton will not be allowed to have a cell phone, and the woman often seen in beautiful gowns, will be wearing an orange jumpsuit. Hilton wound up in jail after a series of run-ins with the law.
In January she pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 3 years of probation.
Several weeks later, police caught her driving with a suspended license...and 6 weeks after that for driving without a license.
