Topeka Police have arrested the man they think killed a 20-year-old Topeka man outside Terry's Billiard Club early yesterday morning.

It's the Capitol City's fourth homicide of 2007.

This afternoon-- police arrested 21-year-old Timothy Abdul Shahid of Topeka in the shooting death of Kalina.

Our photographer Eric Ives was covering a different story when he noticed police taking Shahid into custody in the 100 block of SW 7th Street in downtown Topeka just outside of Wolf Camera.

At this point police aren't saying anything about the relationship between Shahid and Kalina.

Shahid is currently being held at the Shawnee County Jail booked on charges of second degree murder, aggravated assault, and criminal possession of a firearm among other charges.

His first court appearance is Thursday.
