Topeka Police were on the scene of a robbery late Tuesday night.
It happened just before 9 p.m. at the CD Tradepost at SW 29th and Oakley. Police say a black man in his 20s went behind the counter armed with a gun. They say the man ran from the store headed north. Police were trailing him with K-9s.
The man did get away with some cash. Police describe the him as five-foot-eight with a medium build, wearing a white tee and a hoodie. If you have any information, call Crimestoppers, (785) 234-0007.
