Provide status & update worksheets/reports; download files & software patches. MUST be US citizen, able to obtain equivalent of DoD Secret Security Clearance, possess valid driver's license with clean driving record, pass drug screening & physical exam. Have either associate degree with prior relevant experience, attended vocational school coupled with prior relevant work experience or completed college courses and 2 years relevant work experience in electro-mechanical field. Military background a plus. Must have excellent computer skills and written & verbal communication skills.

Duties include, not limited to: Provide basic financial information, ie, survivor benefits, budgeting, college savings plans, health care, long term care insurance, asset allocation, retirement savings, life insurance, etc. Conduct community briefings on SOS services & support. Communicate with leadership, assess & analyze data from surveys and informational interactions and identify needs. Coordinate briefings, orientations, workshops and networks to enhance local and state delivery with agencies. Serve as advocate for eligible beneficiaries. Ensure case records, follow-up/outreach, training, reports & procedures comply with accreditation standards. Coordinate & conduct support groups, life skill education and supportive counseling for Survivors using various venues. Provide information, referral & respite care services as requested. Inform and brief state/territory leadership, ACS Director, and ARNG Soldier Family Support and Services Division Chief on all issues impacting survivors.
