Duties include, but not limited to: establish effective regulatory compliance program: (1) monitor regulatory environment & assess business practices to determine compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules; (2) implement new legal, regulatory, and other requirements, including working with operations staff to establish policy and procedure; (3) educate business staff of legal, regulatory, and other requirements; and (4) receive, investigate, and address reports of noncompliance. Serve as member of the Corporate Compliance Committee and chair of the Medicare Part D Compliance Committee to monitor and verify performance for key Medicare Part D functions. Provide regulatory compliance reports; establish and maintain working relationships with regulators and review standard operating procedures, operational checks and balances and management controls.
