Mayor Bob Dixson appeared on "13 News at 4" Friday, January 30th. The city was honored that night with a Distinguished Service Citation (received by Mayor Dixson) awarded by Native Sons and Daughters of Kansas at its 91st Annual Banquet in Topeka.
