EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska (AP) _ President Bush has arrived
in Alaska, where he will speak to troops at Eielson Air Force Base.
President and Mrs. Bush greeted commanders from Eielson and Fort
Wainwright shortly after landing at the base near Fairbanks late
Monday afternoon.
Bush will address members of the military before continuing his
trip later Monday evening to Asia. He's on his way to a 4-day stop in
Beijing, China.. for Friday night's opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games.
