Paying City Bills? Charge It!

Kansans will be able to pay their pay their bills from the city or town where they live, by credit or debit cards, starting in July because of a bill signed by Gov. Kathleen Sebelius.

The governor signed the bill Thursday. It allows the cards to be
used for paying taxes, utility bills and other municipal services. The Department of Revenue already allows credit cards to be used
for pay personal income taxes and most business taxes.
