Topeka area kids can get involved in the Shawnee Summer Scorecard program that we talked about Monday on "13 News at 4" There are plenty of information packets and scorecards available at the locations down below on this page.. just fill them out and get your name into the contest for the big drawing.

It all starts June 16th, and runs through August 8th. Just track your fitness programs, write down all the healthy fruits and vegetables you eat, and show us you've cut down on all those sugary soft drinks! Then turn in your filled out scorecard. It's that easy! There's even a grand finale celebration August 10th at the Gage Park Shelter House. Here's where you can get started.

Pick up your Scorecards at:
Central Park, 1534 SW Clay
Crestview, 4801 SW Shunga Dr.
Garfield, 1600 NE Quincy
Hillcrest, 1800 SE 21st
Oakland, 801 NE Poplar
Rice, 432 SE Norwood

You'll also find them at:
Topeka's K-State Extension Office, 1740 SW Western
Topeka Health Agency, 1615 SW 8th
Topeka/Shawnee Co. Public Library, 1515 SW 10th
All Topeka YMCA Locations
