Bobo's Featured on "Food Network"
The local landmark and burger hangout that everyone knows as Bobo's was featured in the national spotlight Monday night on the Food Network. Guy Fieri's long-awaited segment on Bobo's.. taped in two separate video shoots last year.. watered America's mouths to Bobo's cheeseburgers, onion rings, shakes, chili and apple pie. After a brief history lesson about the place at 10th and MacVicar, Guy chatted with new owners Richard and Trisha Marsh, also seen working the tables and counters.
Local fans said how they could never love burgers from another fancier place, and Guy also got some lessons on how the burgers and apple pies are made from longtime Bobo's employees like Betty Ramsey.
