Stephen Winkler is entering his final few weeks as a senior at Nemaha Valley High School in Seneca. He's wearing the title as SADD National Student of the Year through 2009. Part of his responsibilities in Students Against Destructive Decisions was presiding over the Kansas state conference of SADD in Salina last week. He and his fellow students offered entertaining and informative seminars and exercises.. and spent some substance-free time together.
Stephen talks with 13's Ralph Hipp about the group's mission, and why they changed their name from Students Against Driving Drunk.
