Town Center to Grow

One day after the announcement of a major makeover for Topeka's West Ridge Mall.. plans are in the works to make Manhattan Town Center larger. Urban Retail Properties has told the Manhattan Mercury that their management group has purchased the mall to grow and expand it. A majority of the shopping mall tenants would be connected to national chains, but the company would also like to attract a lot more local stores as part of the new expansion.

Urban Retail Properties expects business to be good, mostly due to the project future population boom at Fort Riley.
