The Man Suspected in a Triple Shooting Will Return to Kansas
The suspect in a Lawrence nightclub shooting will allow himself to be returned to Kansas from Kentucky.
Carlos Jerome Jackson has waived extradition. He's also pleaded guilty to a Kentucky charge for giving a false name to an officer.
Jackson is expected to be brought back to Kansas on charges in a shooting outside last call february 10th.
In that shooting two club employees and a 15-year-old Topeka teen were wounded.
Two Topeka women also face charges related to the shooting.
